Is it a yeast infection or a STD?

I had a yeast infection and I use Monistat but forgot to use the last one but the symptoms went away and the odor came back but I started dating someone it's three weeks in and he said he thinks I have Easton faction because his urethra hurts so I got us both diflucan  but the older haven't went away so I got a summers eve douche hoping it might help by the way it's going on six days and two prescribed pills of diflucan also random cramping

Okay, first. Do not, repeat NEVER, douche.  That is not recommended anymore and compounds problems.  You essentially washed out the good and natural flora in your vagina and change the PH making it ripe for a yeast infection.  Looked up Easton faction and unless you have the name wrong, as far as I can tell, that doesn't exist.  If you have a strong odor from your vagina, you may have a bacterial infection and need antibiotics (not diflucon).  If you and your partner had yeast that you were passing back and forth, the diflucan would work.  Yeast really doesn't smell and has hallmark signs of discharge and itching in women.  Did your doctor swab the discharge to see if it is yeast or fungal?  (any discharge that you have as we all have vaginal discharge they can swab at any time).  That should be your next step if not.  STD's usually do not have an odor.  IF you are having unprotected sex, it is very wise to get an STD screening though.  good luck
