14 years hysterectomy and bleeding

I had a complete hysterectomy 14 years ago and now I look like having period. I had tests A to Z done and all cane out fine. I do not have any sores or dryness.
Had a injury to kidney last September, said tube to bladder damaged. They said possible cause. Could that be the cause? I don't bleed daily but I notice when I do activity such as lifting or bending I start to bleed. I feel tired and dizzy.

It seems odd that you would be bleeding "like a period" since you don't have a uterus and your vagina has been sewn shut (vaginal cuff). I wonder if those sutures have torn? But that should have been seen on examination. If it is more a spotting type of bleeding, that could be caused by vaginal atrophy. Another possibility is if your hysterectomy was for endometriosis, growth of endo on the vaginal cuff can produce estrogen and cause bleeding.

I could see that your kidneys could be a cause if the blood was in your urine but that does not sound like the case.

You need to push for a diagnosis / cause.

Hi there.  If your doctor said that could be a cause, then most definitely it could be.  Are they going to repair this?

Definitely keep in touch with your Dr especially since you are feeling tired and dizzy. If it was because the injury you had to your kidney, maybe you should have your kidney's checked too.

Wish I had more info... But I hope you feel better.
