could i be pregnant??? help??

okay for the past year i have been on birth control but it made me gain weight so i got off of it. I have been off of it for 4-5 months now. I finally had a period but it wasn't exactly normal. I had sex and now my breasts are tender mostly my nipples and I've been cramping. I've been stressing about other things lately though. could i be pregnant or could it be my body trying to get back on track?

Hi, just to answer through what i experience. i do notice tender breast and mild cramping just before menstruation. if your period does'nt come after ten days then it's better to do a urine pregnancy test. Thanks

Could be your body trying to get back on track from not having those added hormones that birth control gives you. I stopped taking birth control after only taking it for 3 months and it messed up my period and made me feel different
