16 with foul smelling discharge

In the past 2 weeks I've had a discharge that smells like... slightly fishy baby food..
It started happening a few days after I had unprotected sex with a new person, he also preformed oral on me.
It used to be a lot worse and has recently gotten better after I tried "cleaning myself out" with a water bottle (afraid to try a douche.) It's not overpowering, I can only smell it on my underwear and I have to pain or itching. My discharge is a normal clear color but it dries yellowish, but I think that's normal for me because I also recently had a full STD urine and blood test done and came back clean before I started having this problem (it has always dried yellowish)
Does anyone know what this smell could be?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Going by your symptoms, it looks like bacterial vaginosis to me. It is the most common cause of abnormal vaginal odor and discharge. In addition to unpleasant "fishy" vaginal odor, thin white or yellowish discharge from vagina may also be present. Diagnosis can be confirmed after pelvic examination and microscopic examination of the vaginal discharge. Treatment is by metronidazole and clindamycin. Please do not use any vaginal douches.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
