25 year old stitches popping out

I had a breast reduction 25 years ago and the old sutures (clear and plastic) are dangling out of my skin in the scar line. I pulled out some blue thread a couple months ago. Two pimply  lumps are under my armpits in the scar. It is quite painful. My abdomen is  very swollen in asymmetrical lumpy areas. I have had MRSA and taken too many antibiotics in my 60+ years. Any ideas? Winky

You might need to plan a trip away from home to see an actual doctor.  I know I wouldn't touch the same doctor who did the surgery before with a ten-foot pole if I were to get surgery like that and have that happen.  I would also file a formal complaint, especially if you can see another doctor who says that this shouldn't happen and will stand up for you if you seek damages.

I know. Unfortunately my brother (the plastic surgeon  on tv) did the work in CT. He's hard to corner. I think I'll just barge into his office tomorrow and  show it to anyone Thank you for your support. There isn't a doctor in my town or within an hour drive.  Winky
