Am I pregnant?

So me and my boyfriend have sex every 2 weeks or so, the only form of protection we rely on is the morning after pill. I’ve taken it quite frequently in the last 6 months as you would imagine. I’ve always had quite irregular periods, although I’m 10 days late for my period now. I’ve done 4 pregnancy tests, all negative. I went to visit a doctor and he said my hormone level is too high for an average 20 year old, and I could possibly be pregnant even though my tests are all negative. They said based on my hormone level I should possibly be around 4-5 week mark of my pregnancy, but how could that be possible when I had my period 5 weeks ago? Could my hormone imbalance be from too many morning after pills? Or am I actually pregnant?

That is not how that pill is to be taken. U could be setting urself up for cancer. Hormones r SERIOUS BUINESS.  These aren’t pills made for terminating a pregnancy. They r hormones!!! Certain hormones will make the uterus in livable to an egg. The spontaneous abortion that can happen is an actual side affect from to much of that hormone.   Really, u need to rethink ur approach. That’s just not smart. Or safe.
This is NOT conciderd birth control.
It’s for when u have an accident. Like ur condem breaks or slips off. Or u drank to much and couldn’t  say no.
They r very different than birth control pills.  Please don’t continue to use this method. To much of one hormone or another could cause cysts to grow on ur Fallopian tubes.   U don’t know they r there till they start causing SEVER pain and one ruptures.  These hormones can also affect breast tissue.
Tell ur man to buck up. Start wearing a condom.   It’s not fair for u to have to deal with unwanted pregnancy alone. Or u can get on the pill and be completely responsible. The pill has its own issues. But at least one is chosen for ur body and blood type. There r other methods too of course.
But what ur doing is not recommended.  I’m sorry I went off u. But this is a big deal.
Take care of urself.

It could definitely be the morning-after pills if you are taking them that often. They are supposed to be taken once every year or two years, not every time you have sex. You are really doing something risky -- they are a super hormone overdose, and there are things a person can get from too many hormones that you don't want, from DVT to cancer. Please get on some regular form of birth control, and please tell your doctor about your use of the morning-after pill.

Also, if the doc says your hormone level is consistent with the 4th or 5th week of pregnancy, ask to have an ultrasound done in about two weeks. A pregnancy would show in an ultrasound by then.
