Armpit dent

I am 40 and have axillary breast tissue in both armpits . I have noticed a dent at the very top of my left armpit- where you close the arm. Is this something to worry about ?

Hi.  Well, as women know, dents can be a scary thing to have on your breasts.  I wouldn't be overly worried but would have it checked.  Have you ever had a mammogram?
