Hi,
Bleeding after menopause can be due to various reasons. It can be local issues in the cervix and vagina like erosion or polyps, or it can be endometrial hyperplasia or cancer. Hence it is necessary to know the report of scraping and to see whether it was normal. Also Pap smear from the cervix should be done. An ultrasound scan of the pelvis will help diagnose conditions like ovarian cysts.
The answer is based on information provided. Exact advice is not possible without a proper examination and investigations. You are requested to consult your Doctor. Take care and keep us posted.
