Backkkkk ache!!

I have been having this pain in my lower back after I have walked for about 10 minutes that is so horrible that I can't tolerate it...I have had x rays done and nothing was found I was wondering if anyone  else has been through this it only seems to happen after i walk constant for about 10 min or so...I cant go to the grocery store or anything..It also seems to radiate slightly down the front of my leg but nothing much when it does and now I am getting this slight gnawing on my right side a very dull ache and i am very puzzled any advice will help..thanks....ohh btw I have never injured my back and my age is 40

Have you ask your physician to test you about osteomalacia. Even young people can get this condition when there is not enough vitamin D in the diet.

i had a CBC  blood culture done and there was no mention of vitamin defiiency so I am assuming that it's ok its just the weirdest thing it came from nowhere and is scaring me to death
