Big reb bump outside of vagina lips... HELP!

Im a teenage virgin and ive been noticing a big red bump near the outside of my vagina lips near the lower part for a couple of weeks and thought it would just go away but today i noticed it really started to hurt when i touch it and it just keeps getting bigger. I really dont know what to do and am embarressed to see a doctor at 15. I have shaved there and ive had ingrown hairs and i dont think this is what it is and its impossible for it to be an STD cuz im a virgin. Please help me! Im scared!

It could be a clogged duct. does is only hurt when you touch it? Try using warm water or a warm wash cloth and try massaging it. It will probably be sensitive but it could work its way out. If not go to the dr.
