Yoga is not suitable for everyone, and I don't think a lot of the moves are suitable if you are pregnant or have a lot of osteoarthritis.

I find swimming very good which is also weight bearing.

Thank you for your message Jewels_12, but I do not have a problem and do have coping strategies.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Maybe you might want to try yoga maybe that will relax you just an idea but ask your doctor if that would be ok

Sorry to hear of your loss which will have been very traumatic for you, especially at the 5 months.

Try not to worry and stress, easier said than done, I know.

Do relaxation and breathing exercises to help you to calm down.
Stressing is no good for you nor for your growing baby.

If you feel unwell or stressed, lie down and imagine that you are in a safe place.  Put some relaxing music to help.  Once you are calm and relaxed then you can go about doing what you need to do.

Wishing all the very best.

Thanks so much, maybe its because i am kind of nervous. I've had two miss cariages in the past.

One when i was 5 months and one at 7 weeks... Im only 6 weeks now.

My nerves are shot... Dont want to stress so much over it though.

Biting nails has nothing to do with being pregnant.

People who bite nails usually do this because of stress, anxiety, or from habit.

You can buy a nail varnish that is specifically made to help you to stop biting your nails.  - It apparently tastes horrible.
