Bladder Problem.. Help!

I have to urinate every 20-30 minutes. My bladder always feels full, even when I just used the restroom. I do drink lots of water through out the day but if I don't I get a bladder infection. It is almost as if the second I drink something my bladder is full and I have to go right away. It gets worse when I lay down at night.. my full bladder somehow feels even more full! I don't drink anything at least a hour before going to bed anymore which has helped.. I don't ever wake during the night to use the rest room but I do always wake up with a very big urge to use the restroom. I have been tested for all sorts of things from Thyroid issues to a weak bladder etc but always got an answer of all my tests are normal. I cannot decrease my water intake because then I am guaranteed to get a bladder infection.. dr says I am just one of those women naturally prone to bladder infections.
