Blood Pressure Medicine and Missed Period

I have been on BP meds since the birth of my second child almost 2 years ago. My doctor recently switched me from a beta blocker to a calcium channel blocker (about a month ago) Now my period is 4 days late and this NEVER happens. Three pregnancy tests have come back negative. Could this delay potentially be related to the new medication?
