Blood clot and cyst

Hi ladies last night I went to the ER because every time I coughed I would bleed from my Virginia.  I am trying to conceive and at first I thought that it was implantation bleeding.  But it turned out that it was too heavy and not normal.  I went to the ER and urinated in a cup and it was blood.  I freaked out and it came back negative for pregnancy and negative for UTI.  My cervix was scraped and being tested.  I had to get an ultra sound done today and I have a blood clot in my uterus and a cyst on my ovaries.  The Dr told me that they will pass on there own.  I was wondering if anyone has ever had a clot or a cyst and still conceived?  or will this cause fertility issues?  Is there a possibility that I could be pregnant and the US didn't pick it up.  I ovulated on March 27th.  Please any input would be great thanks

Now see the treatment for cyst for me was birthcontrol. The hormones helped shrink the cyst. But I think I read they can cause cyst. I think. But each time we ovulated our bodies produce cyst. They generally go away once we have a period but some dont

Thank you I have never had a cyst or a blood clot before.  I don't know if it is normal but, I was having irregular periods while I was on BC and I got off of it last month.  I'm wondering if my bc had caused the cyst and blood clot.  The Dr never mentioned how big the cyst or the clot was.  I was just told that they will pass.

If the doctor said they will pass on its own probably means functional cyst.  Plus it wasnt larger then 5centimeters. The only problem I forcee like myself is irregular periods if the cyst effects you in that way.  Other then that you should be good.

Well I have cyst often but im not sure if I had a cyst during pregnancy. Depending on the type of cyst you have will answer your question I believe.  I have functional cyst on my ovaries.  The only problem I have is my period more often then not skip a cycle.  If you have Functional cyst you can still conceive. Does the cyst alter your period?  My friend has blood clots and has to give herself injections during her pregnancy. Good luck!
