Bloody brown Discharge after urination?? (Nuvaring)

I've had the nuvaring for a few months now. Ever since I started using it I've had one UTI, and a kidney infection that was so severe I was hospitalized with a fever of 104. I don't remove my nuvaring to have a period (my doctor said it was completely fine to take out the old one and insert a new one to prevent period.) I take it out usually before sex and wash my hands and rinse the ring off before re-inserting it. About three days ago I had some tingling after urination but not really a burning feeling. This lasted two days and mostly went away, yesterday and today i only get that tingly feeling while peeing when I first wake up. Yesterday though when I went to wipe in the morning there was a slimy bloody brown discharge. It was all day long when I wiped. Today it was the same thing but a little heavier, I was helping remodel a house so I was cleaning for two straight hours and *TMI* when I sat down to pee this slimy bloody brown discharge was in my underwear and the crease of my leg. I don't know if this is a UTI because the last one I had wasn't like this, it just burned badly when I peed. I'm also not sure if it's possible pregnancy because it didn't occur to me until today that I had been taking antibiotics while on the nuvaring! I'm not sure if they interfere or not but if so I took antibiotics last month and this month. Any suggestions or ideas to what this is would be greatly appreciated!
