Brown discharge for 13 days?

Hi,  around 10 days after my last period ended I started to get really light stomach cramps (as if I were a day he two from starting my period) and really, really heavy brown discharge that almost looks like I'm spotting. This has been going on non stop for 13 days now . The discharge has no smell and is heavy enough to stain all my underwear I also experience harsher period cramp-like pains whenever I'm running and a heavier flow of discharge will come out . I'm not under any stress, and this has never happened before. I do have a history of extremely bad periods though, I will always throw up during them and have a heavy flow.I've also never had sex so there's no way I'm pregnant or have an std. I'm 18 years old and healthy. Should I be concerned? Thanks

It wouldn't hurt to go to a doctor for an exam.  It's always hard to tell you what exactly something like this could be- and it could be normal- so best to go to a doctor and get checked out!
