Brown spotting??? abd bloating??

If anyone has ANY idea please help.
I am a 29 y/o who doesn't take b/c, been married for 9 years, 1 7 y/o child.
Last March I had a LEEP for cervical dysplasia, and a cryosomething this march for it again.
Last September a CT showed my ovaries were enlarged and an ultrasound showed a cyst on my right ovary.
But I didn' have this brown spotting. I had a period on 8/16 - 8/24. On 9/2 an still (as of 9/11).
I am having back pain, hot flashes, abdominal bloating (not gas), overall body pain, and slight cramping. I've taken 2 preg test and both were negative. This morning I was having trouble breathing...???
Any ideas?

I was in a close situation like that. I had HPV at the level 2 almost three. I had a LEEP(huge chunk might I add). Ive had problems with cyst for the last 4 years. They alwys feel like there gonna burst and like its the size of a tennis ball. I currently have been having problems with my left ovary. I have a cyst the size of 5cm and my ovary is 6cm. Thats huge! Its crowding everything. anywho, ive been having similar symptoms. Mega bloating(almost look pregnant) hurts to sit, pain in my ovarian area when i pee, lots of cramping, pain that goes through my back and front lower area. I understand your concern. Have you had a urine test? You could have problems with your urinary system since there connected(the tubes)sorry cant think of the name this second. That could cause you the discomfort in your back and in front. Did the doc tell you how big your cyst was? Im guessing it was a simple cyst since you didnt mention it being complex. The breathing part i really have no idea. I could just be the bloating cause everything is basically being crowded and pushed up.? Im sorry i cant say much more but you should definetly see your doc or get a second oppinion. Listen to what your body is telling you
