Bump inside my vigina lip

I am very worried as I have a bump inside my vigina lip I do masturbate quiet often do you think it’s caused by masturbating? Am very scared as it’s been there for 2 or more months it’s not putting me through pain ir  anything it’s not doing any harm if only I apply pressure to it I’ve never took any interest in it for a while as I thought it will go on it’s own it’s quite a big bump but it’s still there I still do masturbate I haven’t told my mum or anyone as I don’t want them knowing I have been masturbating I am a 18 year old girl and still a virgin I’ve never performed or thought about doing anything sexually I just really want some advice please
