Bump near genital region

Hi,

The other day I was showering and found a firm, red pea-sized bump under my skin in my genital area. It's not ON my vagina, it's under where my pubic hair is between my leg and vagina. I'm not sexually active, nor have I ever been. I shaved months ago and my hair has grown back fully since, so I'm not sure if it could be an ingrown hair. It doesn't itch and it doesn't hurt unless I squeeze or press down on it relatively hard. It just sorta showed up out of the blue and it's the only bump I have and at first I thought it was just a pimple under the skin... But I figured it'd be gone now, as a few days have already passed.

Any idea what this might be? Thank you.
