Bump on Vulva

Hi, so I have this bump on my vulva area that keeps concerning me. I have had it checked out twice. Once I was told it was a “scratch” another time I was told “it is nothing to worry about, if you had hair down there you wouldn’t notice it”. I haven’t had an abnormal Pap smear, my last one was about a year ago. It foes occasional get an itch sensation. It has interfered with my confidence as I’m worried it could be something more

What size of bump, little like a pimple or ingrown hair, or larger? Does it change? Is it regular flesh color (like, if it weren't a bump it would blend in) or darker or redder?
