Bumps around genitals

I have hsv1, only had 2 outbreaks and this is unlike either of those. There's 2 small bumps that almost look like skin tags or acne, slightly lighter than skin tone, not painful, not red, no pus. Those have been there about a week or so with no change. I just noticed a cluster of maybe 6 or more bumps about the same size as the first two, but around my perineum, some of them are slightly red, some skin colored, none painful, no pus. There was a larger bump on my outer labia that was not discolored or raised very much, but you could feel it in the skin. I noticed that one a few days ago and it is getting smaller.

Sounds a lot like genital warts. The following link has a photo of what they look like, along with a lot of information.
