Burning sensation

Hi everyone. For the past week I have been having a really bad fullness, cramping and burning sensation when I urinate and it's there after I go to the bathroom. I have been also urinating pretty frequently. When I have the urge my lower abdomen starts to cramp up and burn and when I pee its very crampy and that fullness feeling is still there when Im done. Ive been checking my temp and the highest its gotten was 99.1.. I haven't been able to get to the doctors because I dont drive and its very hard to find a ride. My vagina doesnt hurt or burn its just my abdomen. Could this be a UTI? Or something else? I am about to just have my boyfriend take me to the hospital tonight when he is done work since I dont have a ride during normal hours to my obgyn.. Im very scared because the last time I had a UTI I ended up getting Sepsis. If anyone knows what this could be your comments will be very much appreciated! Thanks.

Hi there.  Hon, you do need to find a ride to the doctor.  Classic symptoms of a UTI which requires antibiotics to resolve.  Find a ride to an urgent care at the very least.  good luck
