Can I have sex

This might sound uneducated and weird, but I'm a 20 year old and I know that there's something wrong with me but I don't know what. I was born with some sort of congenital fistula or an imperforate anus, and I did get a surgery but my parents know and I'm scared to ask what's wrong with me so I've never asked them what is it but if I look at my vagina, it's kind of blocked, I've tried sticking a finger in there but it doesn't go in and I'm kind of curious now, so yes, can or will I ever be able to have sex?

Go see an OB/GYN and find out for sure.
