Can you get herpes from toliet seat?

I was on vacation in Europe and when I was using the bathroom I noticed my vagina swiped toilet seat. When I got back I have been having some issues with vagina. Recurrent yeast/BV infection. Discomfort, itching, burning, dryness. Is it possible that I contracted herpes from this? I was tested via IGG blood work and I was negative in July. Should I be concerned and should I bother getting retested???

If you are having recurrent infections, see your doctor and explain what has been going on. But it is unlikely to have come from a toilet seat. It could even have come from measures you have been taking to try to cleanse yourself due to worry about the incident on the trip.
