Unfortunately theres not a clear way to know for sure sure without visiting a doctor...and even then they don't always know either lol...

I can tell u these things that it 'could be'.
Most people would lead with a heart attack and that is still a possibility but the fact that it hurts more when u turn sounds more like u pulled something...but do not ignore the possibility that it could still be heart related.

Heart attack symptoms can be a mixture of things for males and females the symptoms can vary for males they typically follow the lines of chest pain, sharp sudden pains, pains in the shoulders or arm, nausea and pain in the chest, tightening in the chest, difficulty breathing etc...

For females the symptoms can be soo way out there one doesnt know its even heart related...some common things women may experience during heart attacks all of the above like a male but not always at all...Women may feel out of breath or just tired...they may feel like their shoulder/neck/back has a pulled muscles...just cant get comfortable until completely still and even then feeling something is off, sometimes they just might feel "winded" a lil bit...I dont even know all the signs myself but I know my mom recently was in an active heaart attack and just thought she pulled a muscle when throwing bird seed to the birds just before the symptoms had started...If you do not have health insurance and are worried about a bill and sure its not heart related...just call and ask an ER nurse what they feel is the best step for u based on your symptoms most ER's have no problem listening to your symptoms. Some areas may even have a med call line for advice. Of course if it persists and u feel in any way that its heart related diall 911. Also if ur not allergic to it or have no adverse affect from it a low dose asprin (single dose only) may be something u want to consider.
