Clare white spots

Last night my fiancé checked my vegina hole. As it was irritating (a bit sore) he said the was 1 spot small clear. Went to sleep and checked again in morning. Now there is 2 he took a pic so I could see. They look clare maybe white small not red. It's stings a little when I wee and a bit saw when I sit. I know it is not a std. All clear. But the spots are a bit saw I wouldn't say itchy though. Any ideas. They are on the left side verginal wall  ?
