Confusion, memory problems, stutter - what could it be?

So my memory used to be semi photographic I would say. Really really strong and vivid. I barely remeber things and I’m usually very confused for no apparent reason. When I read texts I no longer process them and I’ve stuttered last year for the first time in July and it then stoppped for a while. Now it back along with other symptoms. I feel like it’s not mental health it’s physical health- what could it be? Also do I need to see a doctor for this?

Yes, you do need to see a doctor. If this had been gradually happening over many years and you were quite old, it could be seen as just the inevitable toll of time. But this seems to have happened only in the past year or two, which suggests an injury, a tumor, a drug interaction, or some other thing that a doctor could diagnose. Start with your general practitioner and get sent to a specialist. Good luck!
