Could this be a kidney infection?

About a week ago I felt a burning and painful sensation while urinating. This was a day after having sex. I knew it was a UTI right away, and have suffered with about 2-3 of them this past year. Luckily I had antibiotics on hand (macrobid 2 pills twice a day for 5 days) After the first does I immediately felt almost 100% better. I finished out the antibiotics. The day before my last dose I started feeling dull aches in my lower back. Of course I started to freak out assuming the infection traveled to my kidneys so it became all I could think about. It’s been three days now and the pain is in my lower back all the way up to my shoulder blades and neck. I recently started a new job about 6 months ago that requires me to sit at a desk for 8+ hours a day 5 days a week. But it seems odd that this just stared the same week I was treating a UTI. I’m not running a fever I don’t have chills or smelly painful urination. My back just hurts. Sometimes it’s a burning sensation near my upper back. Heating pads seem to help and certain positions that I lay in I can’t feel anything. Should I go to the doctor and have my urine tested? Or is this just simple back pain that unfortunately had to start around the same time as a UTI was being treated

Again, no fever etc so I’m not sure if I should rush to the doctors
