Cramps, bad sleep and Back pain...

Lately for the past week I have been waking up in the morning with a very sore back and sides. Also, I am having sharp pains below my belly (where I get cramps from my period), and having difficulty sleeping.
My boobs are very sore because I am due for my period on the 22nd of April, and about 2 weeks ago, me and my bf gave each other oral sex.
We havent had sex (virgins) and I think there is something wrong with me...
What do you reckon is going on with my body? I dont think I am pregnant (der, i am a virgin) but I am getting concerned.
