Cramps!:(

I have severe cramps. I can't even walk through the grocery store without almost dropping to the ground in pain. I've tried Advil Tylenol ibuprofen and even tried sitting with a heating pad on my tummy. I've tried everything but nothing even touched them. So my question is does anybody know how to make them stop or even turn them from severe to mild.

Take magnesium 500 mg every morning and calcium and vitamin D 1000 IU at night.  This should help with cramping and pain enough that Advil as needed will actually help you.
