Cycle getting longer (46 days) should I speak to a doctor?

I'm 28 and I came off the pill in August 2016 and since then my cycle is getting longer, but I generally only get a light bleed for 5 days max, originally at 28 days they were averaging 35 days in january but the last cycle was 43 days and I'm now on day 46 and no period yet though discharge had a hint of pink yesterday but not very noticeable.
I came off the pill because of problems with dryness and recurring yeast infections which has all stopped since coming off. I started the pill at 18 but my periods had barely started so I don't really know what my cycle would be normally.
I feel fine and don't get cramps but I'm getting lots of spots and greasy skin. Should I see my doctor I don't want to waste their time but I'm not sure if this is normal or not?

Maybe after the pills your body adapting the new way of living and controlling your hormones. However, i think you should see your doctor. And if necessary, or you feel you need to, check your hormones level, too.
First question they ask, are you pregnant?
