Cystic Acne

I have an acne cyst on my cheek that has been there for about 2 weeks and its driving me insane...its impossible to cover up with makeup, it hurts, it won't come to a head, and its disfiguring my face! I've had a couple cysts in the past but they've all eventually came to a head. I just want this to go away. Does anyone know any techniques about how to get a cyst to go away or come to a head?

I get these every so often. Best bet is to go to the doc and get a cortisone shot. In 24 hrs it should be almost gone by then. If you try to pop it you could be left with a horrible scar. When you call tell them whats going on so they can get you in right away.
