Dark brown spotting
I am having dark brown spotting, dizziness, and feel very anxious. What could this be?
No smell, brown not black, and its during when I would usually get my period, like instead of the period. I get cysts but I have no pain like it would be with cysts.

Hi there and welcome. Well, brown spotting can be normal as it is just expelling old blood from a past period or something like that. Is this like that or is it almost black? Does it smell?
