Bump near vagina?

Okay, so i think i have had this lump for a couple days. Maybe 1 or 2. Now i only realised it a while ago when i went to the toilet and whilst wiping myself i felt something hard and kinda sore. I went back to my room and locked the door and pulled out my mirror. I examined myself in the mirror and noticed a red bump. I pressed on it and it felt hard. I didn't know what to do but i squeezed it and a tiny bit of puss came out. I kept squeezing until finally some blood came out I am quite worried that it is something serious and i am hoping its not and i am able to treat it somehow at home.

I am only at a young age and a bit scared to tell another female that lives with me.

I am currently cleaning around it and im currently keeping a warm flannel there. Whenever i put pressure it hurts.

It is located a bit to the side of my vagina. Its a bit towards my leg.

I was recently on my period. It only just ended a few days ago. At first i was thinking maybe it had to do with that and maybe i left a pad on for too long.

Thats all the details i can really give. I dont think theres much else to say

Update- it seems to be going down. I dont know if its because i popped it or because i have been keeping a hot flannel over it. I just hope it goes completely and i never have to worry again
