Does anyone have spasms near their clitoris/urethral area?

Honeylove210
Hello ladies! I was wondering does anyone get vaginal spasms? When i say that i mean it feels like a spasm/twitch in the area around clitoris/urethral. It comes suddenly and randomly without warning. I have been to the urologist and had a Cystoscopy/ultrasound done and everything is fine no inflammation. I still get the spasms and occasionally I feel twinges, not from my vaginal opening but it feels like its inside my inner vagina lid if that makes sense..still searching for answers to see why I am getting them.

Look up info on the pudendal nerve.
Some women get pudendal nerve issues which can cause these issues.
Apart from this there are conditions like vaginal dermatitis, vestibulitis etc but I feel this sounds more like a nerve issue and the pudendal nerve is connected to the areas you describe.
Some women use vaginal valium to ease this type of issue but you will probably need to get a diagnosis in order to get treatment.
See a vulval specialist and consider asking them if you need to see a neuropathy/nerve specialist as well

Thank you for that info! I started getting them randomly in March of this year. I used to get them frequently all the time but they have started to taper off some as the months ago. I was thinking it had to be pudenal neuralgia or pelvic floor spasms. I just got to referral to a neurologist, do you think that would be the best doctor for me to try?
