Does this sound like BV or UTI?

So about 2 weeks ago I felt almost as if i was having the start of a yeast infection come on. I was having very mild itching around the opening and i had to pee a little more. So I bought Monistat 1 to take before vacationing with my bf. I inserted that and thought everything would be okay. Well me and my bf had sex maybe the 3rd day of treatment because i thought it was done leaking out and he pushed the rest of it out. I felt fine and no irritation. We used a condom one night just to not have any clean up mess, we normally don't because we both have been tested and are monogamous. The condom said her pleasure sensations or something of that sort. I didn't have any irritation or burning from it during use. Well the next day we had sex again and i had a strong fishy like smell and i googled it and saw bacterial vaginosis. So I figured maybe the sex caused it or i had it all along. I was fine with waiting until i got home to get medication. My pee smelled like fishy as well. Then I started to get the burning when i peed as well as slight abdominal pain. This all happened about the second day of the trip. Now I am back home and still have the itching, burning when I pee, and my urine has a strong odor. I don't really have discharge but the little amount I do have seems white and a little milky. I am not sure if i have a mixture of infections causing all these issues or just the BV. I would go to the doctor but just went in August for a full wellness check and my insurance only covers once a year. So i would have to pay alot when I go and i cant afford it at the moment. I have antibiotics from before. Any suggestions?

Do you get a burning feeling when you pee? Sometimes sexually active people get an infection but you're probably best going to a doctor, sorry I can't help but I hope you feel better soon
