Dull Pain on lower right side of abdomen. Why?

About 5-7 days ago I was laying in bed when I got this horrible pain on my right side that lasted maybe 2 or 3 minutes. Since then, there's a dull pain that comes and goes, sometimes a lil stronger. It's only on that side and I'm concerned because usually when I get a random pain in my sides or stomach, it'll stop and never come again. To give you an idea of where the pain is, it's where my right ovary is, or at least close to it. Closer to my hip but between the hip and belly button. If that makes any sense.

Am I just bein paranoid about this? I'm always getting brushed off for these kinds of things..

It could be an ovarian cyst, and it could be appendicitis. If it continues or gets worse, see a doctor.
