Today My pregnancy was finally confirmed, however I’m still about 5 days away from missing my period... how true is it that I could be pregnant with twins since I got my BFP so early?

Don't read anything into that. I had early tests and it was a single baby. Good luck and let us know when you'll be going to the doctor for the first time for confirmation.
