Emergency worthy?

I'm 26 years old my daughter will be 6 in February, and she is the only child I have. About a year and half ago was my last period soon afterward I noticed my nipples had a sticky greenish grey and brown discharge. Now over a year later I'm starting to worry because still no monthly visits, and the discharge is still there as well. I'm always frequently getting headaches, and feel like I am always bloated. With my work schedule it's hard getting to a doctor on the weekends should I go ahead and get to the emergency room? And if so what do I say? Hey, I'm 26 years old and I've neglected the fact my body is being strange, will you take a gander?

I'd try to get some time off work and go to my regular doctor. Either that or a walk-in minor emergency clinic, not the ER.
