Giggles to wiggles

This may seem quite queer. I'm normally ticklish which okay. However, when my husband & I are having "our moments"iit'squite annoying because my skin seems so ssensitive. It starts out feeling ticlkish but then it turns into an unpleasant  feeling that makes me feel like jumping out of my skin. Is it just me?
