HELP! Painful bumps under skin on inner labia!

Please, help, I'm so scared and have no idea what's wrong with me. On my left inner labia, I noticed some pain about 4 days ago while I was laying in bed. I reached down to feel it and noticed that if I held it between my thumb and index finger, I could feel lumps under the skin. I can't see any white head or blister or anything on the surface. There are a bunch of them, and they are about half the size of a pea. It's not ingrown hairs because I have no hair there. I also am almost positive it's not an STD because my boyfriend and I stopped having sex awhile ago, and we were eachother's only partners we've ever had anyway. Anyways, I was feeling the lumps again tonight and I squeezed a little harder and felt one or two pop. Nothing drained because they are under my skin, but it scares me to death because I have no idea what kind of crap is oozing around under my skin now from it popping. /: I'm going to the doctor tomorrow but I am still so scared tonight. Has anyone had this happen? I keep reading about people with lumps on their labia but they are surface lumps or blisters or whiteheads.. that's not what this is at all, it's under. I also am having more discharge than usual. It's white, and not discolored, but there is a lot and it is thicker than usual. Someone please help!! It's soooo painful too!! )':

Thanks so much!! I'm not quite as worried knowing that it sounds like it's not anything terrible.. I'll just keep an eye on it to see if it gets worse, but hopefully it'll just go away! Thanks again for the help!!! <3

I have had this prob and went to the doctor and he said it was just an ingrown, it was in the inner lips to. Yours might be a vaginal cyst? Google it, sorry don't know much info on that. Found this-

This could be a bartholins cyst if its near or just inside the entrance of the vagina..A Bartholin's gland cyst is a swollen fluid-filled lump that develops from a blockage of one of the Bartholin's glands, which are small glands located on each side of the opening to the vagina. Bartholin's gland cysts and abscesses are commonly found in women of reproductive age, developing in approximately 2% of all women.

Description

The Bartholin's glands are located in the lips of the labia that cover the vaginal opening. The glands (normally the size of a pea) provide moisture for the vulva area. A Bartholin's gland cyst may form in the gland itself or in the duct draining the gland. A cyst normally does not cause pain, grows slowly, and may go away without treatment. It usually ranges in size from 0.4-1.2 in. (1-3 cm), although some may grow much larger.

If infected, a Bartholin's gland cyst can form an abscess that will increase in size over several days and is very painful. In order to heal, a Bartholin's gland cyst usually must be drained.

i have hair down there, i mean i don't grow hair where the bumps are, which is on my inner lip. I don't think anyone does, do they? But it's not just one it's several, they are under my skin and can be moved around and stuff. But I also haven't been sick either ):
