Hard, painful bump down there

So I barely noticed maybe a week or so ago that I have a painful, hard bump near my vagina. Like right after my inner leg and where the labia start. It doesn't hurt unless I touch it. Could it be a clogged sweat gland? If anyone knows what this is, is there something I can do at home about it?
