Hard swollen lump on outer vagina

ok so i have this hard lump under the skin on the lip of my vagina towards the bottom. its about the size of a grape. I've been squeezing the hell out of it since last night when i found it, but only some blood came out. it hurts really bad and is extremely swollen. what the heck is this thing and what should I do. I'm currently in a hot bath which is bringing down swelling a little but the lump is still the same size and hard and hurts upon touch

If you know for sure it is not a STD IT , Could be a ingrown hair. I've gotten lumps like this a few days after shaving down there :(
Mine was painful, but I squeezed it all out and put some A&D on the area and it cleared up just fine.good luck

bartholin cyst

Keep area clean

Hot Epsom salt baths/Sitzs Baths
at least 2x daily

a stong probiotic every single day as well as eat plenty of yoghurt, kefir and some fermented foods. Two weeks later the cyst may be completely gone.

Can grow to size of golf ball. If it doesn't go away or burst on its own, surgery is needed.

May need antibiotics.

Cannot confirm because this didn't happen to me, but a home remedy suggestion was:

After dealing with these for 10 years now, I have finally found a home remedy that works.

-silica supplements

-topical herbal tincture of lavendar, rosemary, nettle, lemon balm, comfrey, plantain, yarrow, sage, chickweed, rose petals, & jewelweed in olive oil and sunflower (incredibly soothing)

-heating pad applied anytime you are sitting and through the night (so soothing and also increases blood flow and brings white blood cells to the area)

The pain is much more bearable with this method and the cyst bursts within 5-7 days.
