I remember being embarrassed when I was your age too. Would it help you to know that other girls you see around you in the hallways most likely also feel the same way?

Look at it this way, let's say you go into a stall and change your pad and some other girls in the bathroom at the same time hear you. Let's say that you come out of the stall and they make fun of you about it. All you need to do is laugh at them right back and tell them that you feel sorry for them that they haven't gotten their period yet but that it's pretty obvious because of how immature they are. Or make up something else.

Because at the end of the day, all girls who are normal and healthy get a period. You're not different or strange or weird. So if any girl makes fun of you for hearing you change your pad then all you need to do is make fun of her back for not being mature.

Hey every young lady has these insecurities think of it as the next young lady in the stall changing hers as well.  There is nothing to be embarrassed of if you don't change it in a timely manner you may be a little embarrassed from unpleasant odors and you wouldn't won't that. Just make sure you dispose of it in a correct manner

Are you sitting quietly, listening carefully to the girl in the next stall to puzzle out exactly what she is doing?  No?  Well, she isn't listening to you either.  Be  calm, be subtle, move on.
