Help! Tiny clusters of finger like bumps around vagina lips

After browsing, I've found that it looks exactly like Vulvar vestibular papillomatosis (please google and look at images). They're the same colour as my vagina skin, not painful, not itchy, not swollen. They don't bother me in any way apart from it's appearance. I have 2 next to my clit hood, and clusters in the labia majora. Does anyone know if this is some kind of std/disease or anything !??!
