Im sorry that happened to you. You need to keep a good track of your periods. Some girls have worse periods than others. I have passed out and hit my head on the toilette thank God you are okay, I feel your pain cmpletely!! You need to keep track so you can detect when its coming, thats what I do because I sadly literally prepare. On the day I start I have to cancel any plans I make hot tea, take a hot bath, than turn my heat pad on and fall asleep. I try to stay away from pills but if its bad ill take advil, pamprin, ibuprofens, whatever. Birth control can be an effect I know I stopped taking mine because it started making my body have weird changes and just messed up my hormones, and dizziness was daily. Ask your doctor also do reserach on the pill you are taking. There is teas made to calm like tea with cinnamon mint ect. And make sure to sleep it off as well, I keep a trash can next to me while I sleep because I dont wanna pass out cause Im so weak and dizzy at this state. God bless you hope you get better
