Herpes?

For the past week I have had trouble peeing/sitting down because the inside of my vagina lips are really red and raw. Also, I have noticed 4 bumps around my vaginal area and the area between my vagina and my anus is really sore. I'm really concerned that it might be herpes, any ideas?

I also have a doctor's appointment in two days

I was diagnosed with herpes last year, and that sounds exactly like how mine started... It is THE most painful thing I've ever been through, so I pray that's not whats wrong with you. But you should get checked out and tested. Good luck to you

This could be anything from an infection to some sort of STD.  Let us know what the doctor says. - Blu
