Well, I have similar symptoms and well I'm worried, me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for over 5 months now and I've been feeling nausea's and vomiting, I get dizzy out of no where and now I started spotting, I've taken several pregnancy test and they've all come back negative, until now I started feeling cramps, I'm worried about the whole situation and would like to know if anyone has had the same deal or if they have any suggestions. Anything would help at this point I'm really stressing out about it...Thanks again for your time :)

Implantation bleeding usually occurs a few days after conception so it would be sooner than when your period is due. Only 1/3 of women actually get implantation bleeding.
Implantation bleeding is usually pink, not brown, brown blood means that it is old blood.

If you think you may be pregnant go buy a hpt.

Some women experience implantation bleeding around the time their period would normally arrive. In fact some women think they have gotten their period when in fact they are pregnant and what they are having is implantation bleeding. Implantation bleeding is normally brownish because it is old blood. It sounds to me like you pregnant. I would go and take a home pregnancy test for sure.
