I have this bump on my vulva and i have had it for a while it never affects me but i still freaks me out and it looks like a pimple

So, when you say it never affects you, what do you mean?  If it were some kind of sore like a herpes sore or ulcer, it would hurt and wouldn't stay static never changing.  Could it be a hair follicle issue?

It never hurts or itches and it never grows i have never had sex before and it looks like a pimple and feels like its in a pore i got it when i started my period
