Home remedies and prevent of vaginal cysts?

I get like, vaginal cysts almost every single time, a week or so before ovulation.

They aren't inside, they're along the outside, usually near the top where the mons pubis starts but sometimes lower on the side near my thigh crease.

I did notice it's better when I change my underwear twice a day the weeks before ovulation when they appear.

However sometimes I can't prevent them at all.

I don't have any STDS, I'm a virgin, healthy pelvic exams, 19 years old.

So, these cysts are ready annoying.

Usually it's just one but sometimes it two morphed together in an almost one.

Currently have one now.

They start out as just an itchy spot. Then form into the squishy bump, then sink down flat in the middle (this stage grosses me out the post.) And then sometimes they become an open wound looking thing, and then slowly fade away healing.

I use neosporin on them, if I start putting neosporin on early, it usually prevents it from being open. I put it on even when it does open because it keeps it from spreading, and seems to heal it quicker.

I'm just wondering if anyone else experiences this and if there's anything else I can use besides neosporin to help, and what I can do to prevent them?
